My story, my journey
In my younger years, healthy eating wasn’t a priority for me. I often partied, gained weight, and as a university student studying chemical research, I faced even more stress, sleep deprivation, and unhealthy habits. Over time, these took a toll—weight gain, hair loss, digestive issues, and skin problems led me to see a doctor, where I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I was prescribed medication with the caveat, “You’ll need to take this for the rest of your life.” This was not an option, so I began researching ways to regain my health.
Through extensive self-study and completing a nutrition advisor course, I discovered that lifestyle and dietary changes could significantly improve my condition. I eliminated sugar, white flour, sunflower oil, and prioritized vegetables, supplements, hydration, regular sleep, and exercise. Over time, my health improved dramatically—I no longer need medication, I lost 7-8 kg, and my symptoms disappeared. This transformation inspired me to help others achieve similar results because if I could do it, so can they.
Today, my mission is to address the root causes of health challenges rather than masking symptoms. I believe in the power of natural nutrition and lifestyle changes while supporting the body’s needs with targeted supplements. Focusing on gut health and reducing inflammation is fundamental to restoring well-being. I started a private practice where my consultations are guided by the principle that true healing starts from within and is deeply connected to the choices we make every day.
