Orders are shipped to the address you choose. It’s recommended that someone stays at the delivery address during working hours. You can get your package delivered to your workplace as well.

Yes! For shipping fees abroad visit the checkout page and select your target country. If we serve your country, the applicable shipping fee will appear. If we don’t serve your country at the moment, but you want our products badly, let us know!

An order can be canceled or changed when it hasn’t been shipped yet. So let us know in time and we’ll see what we can do.

No, you can place an order without an account. But if you register, we will keep you in the loop with free tastings, special deals, and other goodies.
