SHIPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders are shipped to the address you choose. It’s recommended that someone stays at the delivery address during working hours. You can get your package delivered to your workplace as well. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

For the moment we only ship in Hungary but we are looking at other countries to expand. Have some ideas or suggestions? Then let us know!

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Typically, 3-5 work days.

How much does shipping cost?

990 HUF on orders below 9,000 HUF . Free shipping on orders above 9,000 HUF across Hungary. Free shipping applies only if the order value exceeds 9,000 HUF after using any coupons if applicable.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept wire transfers and payments by card. Once we received your wire transfer then we start processing your order. Payments by card are very quick which means you will get your order a lot quicker.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes it is! We work together with Barion, a Hungarian payment company that handles all transactions in a secure way.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

If you navigate to our Shop page, then you’ll find all products we currently sell online. You will be direct to the product page when you click on one them. There you can indicate how many products you want to buy and which size.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

An order can be canceled or changed when it hasn’t been shipped yet. So let us know in time and we’ll see what we can do.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order without an account. But if you register, we will keep you in the loop with free tastings, special deals, and other goodies. 

How Do I Track My Order?

During every stage of the process, we send you an e-mail to update you on the status of your order. That’s how you will know when an order has been processed and shipped.

How Can I Return a Product?

Our quality assurance system guarantees that only products in perfect condition leave our facility. Should anything go wrong with your order in transit or any other reason, please take a picture and send it to us at orders@viblance.com. We will look into it solve the issue.
